The Draw: With one of the most distinctive wine cellars in the city, the restaurant offers patrons classes on wine.

The Scene: Each week, Crush’s private dining room is filled with wannabe oenophiles.  Students might know their merlot from their syrah, but they’ll also learn about terroir, bouquet and pairing. Since the cellar boasts a diverse selection, students who choose the “Top 10” class will discover vintages sourced from old and new worlds alike, including Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Argentina, Chile and Spain.

Hot Tip: Put your knowledge to work and save a few dollars at the same time by coming to Crush on a Monday nights when corkage fees are reduced to $1.
